The Italian based Tarros Group has announced the launch of the PAE line, which is a new service connecting Egypt, Greece and Algeria on a weekly basis.

PAE is a joint service between TARROS and Diamond Line/COSCO, which will employ one ship each.

Tarros informs that the rotation will be:

Alexandria – El Dekheila (ACCHCO)

Piraeus PCT

Algiers

The main objective of the new service is to offer Egyptian exporters a direct and reliable service to Greece and Algeria for dry containers and reefers.

Furthermore, Greek based shippers will be able to count on a new express connection to Algiers.

The first departure of the new PAE service is scheduled on 28th June 2024 from the Egyptian port El Dekheila with the vessel MV “Contship Ivy”.

“This new partnership will allow us to add a new market segment to our services. The new route will, for the first time, directly connect Egypt and Greece to Algeria and vice versa. A new opportunity for Tarros Group to strengthen its presence in the Mediterranean with quality services,” says Danilo Ricci, General Manager Tarros.
