The market was today with a negative development in the entire drybulk market. The capes had much slower activity, and the panamax, supramax and handysize all with little slowing activity.
The capesizes had slower activity and with real falling rates in almost all areas and directions. For the panamax size the activity was little slower the market reacted with slight falling rates in almost all areas and directions.
For the supramax and handysize dry cargo tonnage the market had marginal slower activity levels. The supramax tonnage had little slower activity with minor falling rate levels in most areas and directions. For the handysize vessels the market was also with little slowing activity, and resulted in very minor falling rates in all areas and directions.
The European coaster market was today with kind of balanced activity level. In the Baltic Sea area or on the Continent the freight rates were with unchanged rates. The freight rates in the Black Sea area were with very minor increasing rates today and the Mediterranean had again unchanged rate levels today.
The tanker market was today with a slowing level of activity. The crude oil tankers were with little slowing activity resulting in slight falling rates in most areas and directions. The product tanker market was today with slower activity and it resulted in real falling rate levels from the various loading areas.
