The market was today with similar directions like yesterday in the drybulk chartering market. The capes had also today a positive tendency today, the panamax had another day with negative direction, and the supramax and handysize remains with unchanged minor negative tendency.
The capesizes had today a great activity and it resulted in top increasing rates in the Continent and Mediterranean area, and with slight increasing rates in almost all other areas and directions. For the panamax size the activity was again a little slower and the market reacted with further slight falling rates in almost all areas and directions.
For the supramax and handysize dry cargo tonnage the market had again unchanged activity levels. The supramax tonnage had today again minor falling rate levels in most areas and directions. For the handysize vessels the market was with fair activity, and resulted again in very minor falling rates in all areas and directions.
The European coaster market was today with okay activity levels. In the Baltic Sea area or on the Continent the freight rates were with unchanged levels. The freight rates in the Black Sea area were with minor falling rates today and the Mediterranean had also minor falling rate levels today.
The tanker market was today with little better levels of activity. The crude oil tankers were with unchanged activity resulting in stable rates in most areas and directions. The product tanker market was today with good activity and it resulted in slight increasing rate levels from the various loading areas.
