The market was today with quite similar activity in the drybulk market as the last days. The capes had much slower activity, the panamax and supramax again with better activity and the handysize with unchanged activity.
The capesizes had much slower activity and resulting in real falling rates in almost all areas and directions. For the panamax size the activity was good and the market reacted with slight increasing rates in almost all areas and directions.
For the supramax and handysize dry cargo tonnage the market had once more unchanged activity levels. The supramax tonnage had unchanged fine activity with slight increasing rate levels in most areas and directions. For the handysize vessels the market was with fair activity, and resulted in stable and almost unchanged rates in all areas and directions.
The European coaster market was today with fair activity level. In the Baltic Sea area or on the Continent the freight rates were with unchanged stable rates. The freight rates in the Black Sea area were with minor increasing rates today and the Mediterranean had also minor increasing rate levels today.
The tanker market was today with unchanged level of activity. The crude oil tankers were with marginal slower activity resulting in very minor falling rates in most areas and directions. The product tanker market was today with fine activity and it resulted in stable rate levels from the various loading areas.
