The market was today had similar directions in the drybulk market as yesterday. The capes and panamax had a little negative tendency today, and both the supramax and handysize had a slight positive tendency.
The capesizes had today again a little slower activity and it resulted in very minor falling rates in most areas and directions. For the panamax size the activity was also slower and the market reacted with minor falling rates in almost all areas and directions.
For the supramax and handysize dry cargo tonnage the market had unchanged activity levels. The supramax tonnage had good activity and the result was slight increasing rate levels in most areas and directions. For the handysize vessels the market was with fine activity, and resulted in mainly minor increasing rates in all areas and directions.
The European coaster market was today with further slowing activity level. In the Baltic Sea area or on the Continent the freight rates were with minor falling rates. The freight rates in the Black Sea area were with unchanged rates today and the Mediterranean had minor increasing rate levels today.
The tanker market was today with unchanged good level of activity. The crude oil tankers were with good activity resulting in slight increasing rates in most areas and directions. The product tanker market was today also with fine activity and it resulted in good increasing rate levels from the various loading areas.
