The market was today with a split in activity levels of the drybulk market. The capes and panamax had slower tendency today and the supramax and handysize had near a stable tendency.
The capesizes had slower activity and it resulted in slight falling rates in almost all areas and directions. For the panamax size the activity was also little slower and the market reacted with minor falling rates in almost all areas and directions.
For the supramax and handysize dry cargo tonnage the market had near to unchanged activity levels. The supramax tonnage had with unchanged activity very minor falling rate levels in most areas and directions. For the handysize vessels the market was with okay activity, and resulted mainly with unchanged and stable rates in all areas and directions.
The European coaster market was today with slow activity level. In the Baltic Sea area or on the Continent the freight rates were with minor falling rates. The freight rates in the Black Sea area were with unchanged rates today and the Mediterranean had minor falling rate levels today.
The tanker market was today with different level of activity. The crude oil tankers were with fair activity resulting in minor falling rates in most areas and directions. The product tanker market was today with good improving activity and it resulted in good increasing rate levels from the various loading areas.
