The market was today with another split of activity in the drybulk market. The capes had a positive tendency, the panamax and supramax had both a negative tendency today, and the handysize had positive activity tendency.
The capesizes had today again better activity and it resulted in slight increasing rates in most areas and directions. For the panamax size the activity was slower and the market reacted with slight falling rates.
For the supramax and handysize dry cargo tonnage the market had unchanged activity levels. The supramax tonnage had little slower activity and with marginal falling rate levels in most areas and directions. For the handysize vessels the market was with fine activity, and resulted also in minor increasing rates in all areas and directions.
The European coaster market was today with unchanged slow activity levels. In the Baltic Sea area or on the Continent the freight rates were with dropping rates. The freight rates in the Black Sea area were with very minor falling rates today and the Mediterranean had unchanged rate levels today.
The tanker market was today with little slower level of activity. The crude oil tankers were with slower activity resulting in slight falling rates in most areas and directions. The product tanker market was today also with little slower activity and it resulted in minor falling rate levels from the various loading areas.
