The market was today with a chance of general direction of the entire drybulk market. The capes had slower activity, and the panamax, supramax and handysize all with a little negative activity.
The capesizes had a slower activity and slight falling rates in almost all areas and directions. For the panamax size the activity was also little slow and the market reacted with very minor falling rates in almost all areas and directions.
For the supramax and handysize dry cargo tonnage the market had again unchanged slowing activity levels. The supramax tonnage had unchanged slower activity with very minor falling rate levels in most areas and directions. For the handysize vessels the market was with balanced activity, and resulted also in very minor falling rates in all areas and directions.
The European coaster market was today with kind of stable activity level. In the Baltic Sea area or on the Continent the freight rates were with unchanged rates. The freight rates in the Black Sea area were with very minor increasing rates today and the Mediterranean had again unchanged rate levels today.
The tanker market was today again with positive level of activity. The crude oil tankers were with fine activity resulting in further slight increasing rates in most areas and directions. The product tanker market was today with good activity and it resulted again in increasing rate levels from the various loading areas.
