The market was today with a change of direction in the drybulk market. The capes and panamax had a positive tendency today, and with supramax and handysize with fully stable tendency.
The capesizes had today better activity and it resulted in slight increasing rates in almost all areas and directions. For the panamax size the activity was good and the market reacted with slight increasing rates in almost all areas and directions.
For the supramax and handysize dry cargo tonnage the market had little improving activity levels. The supramax tonnage had basically fully unchanged stable rate levels in most areas and directions. For the handysize vessels the market was with okay activity, and resulted in mainly unchanged and stable rates in all areas and directions.
The European coaster market was today with little better activity levels. In the Baltic Sea area or on the Continent the freight rates were with unchanged rates. The freight rates in the Black Sea area were with slight increasing rates today and the Mediterranean had also minor increasing rate levels today.
The tanker market was today with slower level of activity. The crude oil tankers were with slight slower activity resulting in slight falling rates in most areas and directions. The product tanker market was today with slow activity and it resulted in real falling rate levels from the various loading areas.
