Mariehamn-based, Finland RoRo shipowner Godby Shipping Ab has extended two RoRo vessel time charter contracts, whilst one RoRo vessel was fixed for new time charter contract.
The time charter for Mistral with Norwegian based Sea-Cargo has been extended until 31 October 2025, with the option until December 2025 remaining unchanged.
Furthermore, the Baltic Bright time charter for Swedish-based Holmen has been extended until 31 December 2026.
Godby Shipping has also chartered the Aurora to Danish-based DFDS from January to December 2026 with options. The vessel will trade in DFDS North Sea network between Norway, UK and Belgium, but until this new charter starts Aurora continues with the charterer Peregar, a fixture reported by Shipping Telegraph on December 16, 2024.
The other Godby Shipping vessels remain on charter, as the company reveals.
Specifically, the Mimer remains on charter to Midline until August 2025, and Midas on charter to CMA CGM until December 2026 + option June 2027.
Furthermore, the 1998-built Lysvik and 1999-built Lysbris remain on charter to DFDS until December 2026 + options 2030.
