Geneva headquartered traders Quadra Commodities SA has announced in their social media the successful delivery of the ultramax bulk carriers MV “QC Punny” and MV “QC Isabella”, two long-term time charter vessels built by Japan based Imabari Shipbuilding Co. Ltd.
The company informs that both newbuild vessels were delivered subsequently in April and in May from the Japanese owners Keishin Kaiun Co. LTD.
Both vessels are “state-of-the-art” ships designed for efficiency and reliability for Quadra Commodities to be using modern and fuel-efficient ships for a sustainable future.
Established in August 2010 by the former executive managers of a global trading company, Quadra Commodities SA is made up of experienced traders in wheat, corn, soya beans, vegetable oil, sugar, ocean freight, logistics and trade finance. Headquartered in Geneva Switzerland, Quadra’s staff will assist customers globally, and the principal shareholders are Macquarie Bank, Lansing Trade Group and the Management team.
