Greece’s TMS continues its newbuilding program with the addition of two new suezmax tankers to its growing fleet portfolio.
Specifically, the two newest suezmax tankers, M/T IPANEMA and M/T TOSKA, were delivered by New Times Shipbuilding in China at the end of November, marking another milestone in TMS’s extensive newbuilding program.

The two class-ABS newbuildings are equipped with scrubbers and shaft generators and enhanced cargo tank capacity.
“Built to the highest standards of efficiency and sustainability, these state-of-the-art, eco-friendly vessels are equipped with scrubbers and shaft generators, reflecting our commitment to innovation. Their enhanced cargo tank capacity positions them to meet evolving trading demands with agility and reliability,” the shipowner highlighted in a short social media post.
