Argentinian marine contractor Parana Logistica based in Buenos Aires has partnered with HF Offshore in the acquisition of the anchor handling tug, HF Hunter.
The companies have confirmed the acquisition of the vessel without providing any further details about the financial terms of the deal.
The AHTS vessel was built in 2003 and is sailing under the flag of Antigua Barbuda.
“The HF Hunter is a Norwegian built ‘UT 710’ design AHTS with fire fighting capability, DP2 and 130t bollard pull among other specs,” Parana Logistica said in a short media post on LinkedIn.
HF Hunter has recently completed her voyage from Walvis Bay to Kingston where she is now undergoing dry dock, Parana Logistica said, and getting ready for her first assignment in 2025 under HF Offshore’s management.
