IWS Fleet clinches CSOV extension and strengthens backlog

Oslo-headquartered Integrated Wind Solutions ASA’s subsidiary, IWS Fleet, has secured additional employment in 2027 for its Skywalker-class CSOVs.

As informed, IWS Fleet has extended a charter contract with an existing client and secured an additional 150 days of charter backlog for the IWS Skywalker in 2027.

With this extension, the vessel is fully utilized until the end of 2027, the company stated in its notice.

This extension will add about €7m to the charter backlog, IWS said, corresponding to about 7% increase over the backlog reported at the end of the third quarter of 2025.

IWS Fleet has now secured a backlog of 63% of the available days in 2027, including extension options.

Euronext Oslo Børs-listed Integrated Wind Solutions ASA offers a fleet of service vessels to the offshore wind industry, combined with a suite of adhering services.

The company owns approximately 75% of IWS Fleet, which operates six commissioning service operation vessels.

Furthermore, IWS owns the offshore wind supply-chain service company, IWS Services A/S, and a 49% shareholding in the independent advisor, consultancy, data intelligence, and wind farm operator firm PEAK Wind Group.
