Bas Prelude PSV

Hamburg headquartered offshore marine service company SeaRenergy Offshore Holding GmbH SeaRenergy) announce that it has signed a long-term charter agreement with Britoil Offshore Services for the Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) BOS Prelude, and thereby strengthening its offshore supply capabilities in the North Sea.

The platform supply vessel will not only be deployed under SeaRenergy’s multi-year offshore infrastructure contract with Siemens Energy, supporting the installation & commissioning of converter platforms but also be available for any other supply duties in the German Bight and the UK sector as the company informs,

SeaRenergy states that the vessel charter has a firm duration of seven years, with options to extend for up to three additional years for potentially securing supply services for a full decade.

Originally acquired by Britoil from Vroon Offshore in 2023, the BOS Prelude will play a key role in ensuring reliable and efficient logistics for offshore energy projects.

Operating from German Bight ports and in the UK sector as needed, the PSV will support material transfers and offshore logistics for Siemens Energy’s offshore infrastructure framework the company mentions.
