Norwegian based and Oslo Stock Exchange listed Siem Offshore, has announced that it signed a charter contract for the 2010 built AHTS “Siem Sapphire” with an oil major in Australia.
The company states that the duration of the contract is approximately 1 year plus options up to additional 6 months, with the contract expected to commence between December 2023 and middle of January 2024.
Furthermore, Siem Offshore reveals that it has signed an LOI with Helix Energy Solutions Group for a possible long-term extension of charter contracts for the 2016 built Well Intervention Vessels ”Siem Helix 1” and “Siem Helix 2” at improved day rates.
These possible new contracts will commence on 01.01.25 and on 01.01.26 with a duration of 6 years each, as the company informs.
