The Norwegian shipowner and offshore tonnage provider Solstad Offshore ASA (Solstad) has secured a contract award with Subsea7 for the subsea construction vessel “Normand Subsea”.
The company informs that the duration of the signed contract is 2-year firm and 3 yearly options with commencement 1 January 2026.
The “Normand Subsea” is a versatile IMR vessel that has been on contract to Subsea7 since the vessel was built in 2009.
It is mentioned that the “Normand Subsea” is owned by Solstad Maritime Holding AS, in which Solstad Offshore ASA holds 27,3%.
