The Norwegian-based offshore shipowner Solstad Offshore ASA (Solstad) has announced multiple contract awards with clients located in Brazil.
First, the 2005-built AHTS “Normand Topazio” has been awarded a one-year contract with commencement in October 2024, which is in direct continuation of the current contract.
Secondly, the 2006-built AHTS “Normand Turmalina” has also been awarded a one-year contract with commencement in November 2024, which is also in direct continuation of the current contract.
Finally, the 2001-built CSV “Normand Cutter” has been awarded a nine-month contract for subsea construction activities with commencement in October 2024, which is in direct continuation of the current contract.
The combined gross contract value is around $53m, as Solstad stated in its announcement.
The company also mentions that the “Normand Topazio” and the “Normand Turmalina” are both owned by Solstad Offshore ASA, while the “Normand Cutter” is owned by Solstad Maritime AS, in which Solstad Offshore ASA holds 27,3%.
