The Norwegian shipowner and offshore tonnage provider Solstad Maritime ASA (SOMA) has announced the first optional 1-year contract extension for the construction support vessel (CSV) Normand Vision with Norwegian offshore project company Ocean Installer AS, which is in direct continuation of the current agreement.
This declared contract extension between the parties secures operations through the end of 2027. Additionally, the agreement has been amended to include another annual option.
The contract now includes two annual options for the year of 2028 and 2029.
Furthermore, SOMA informs that both parties have also included a mechanism that could allow for further extension of the contract until 2031.
