The Norwegian shipowner and offshore tonnage provider Solstad Offshore ASA (Solstad), with reference to the stock exchange notice on April 30, announced the contract award with Petrobras for the CSV Normand Flower owned by Solstad Maritime ASA (SOMA), subject to the board approval.

SOMA confirmed that the charter contract has now been formally approved and signed by the parties.

The contract, which will commence in January 2026, has a duration of 4 years and a gross value of approximately $115m excluding ROV services, as the shipowner said.

In addition, SOMA has also secured a new contract with immediate commencement for the CSV Normand Navigator with a subsea contractor for a project in South America.

In accordance with Solstad, this additional charter contract has a firm period of 100 days, with further extension options.
