The Norwegian shipowner and offshore tonnage provider Solstad Maritime ASA (SOMA) has announced the signing of a letter of intent with an international subsea contractor for the CSV Normand Navigator.
SOMA informs that the contract will commence in the second quarter of 2026 and has a duration of 450 days, with further options thereafter.
Under the agreement covered by the letter of intent, the CSV Normand Navigator will support the client’s operations worldwide with the commercial terms and conditions being kept confidential between the parties.
Solstad Maritime will – as part of the charter party – deliver, with support from Omega Subsea AS, two work class ROVs with full manning plus tooling and survey services.
