The UK ports group Associated British Ports (ABP) has successfully let a substantial unit in Hull to Mitsubishi Chemical UK Limited, part of the Japanese headquartered Mitsubishi Chemical Group which is one of the world’s largest chemical producers.
The Humber property new letting is of 158,000 sq ft storage with 53,000 sq ft of canopy at King George Dock at the Port of Hull.
It is in a prime strategic location overlooking the Humber Estuary and near Hull Container Terminal (HCT), allowing for the seamless import of cargoes.
The letting is to Mitsubishi Chemical UK Limited, who supply a wide range of sectors from automotive and electronics to medical and sport.
