New York-listed Costamare led by Greek Konstantakopoulos has declared quarterly dividend on its preferred and common stock.

The owner with a fleet of 68 containerships and 39 dry bulkers has declared cash dividends of $0.476563 per share on its 7.625% series B (Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock), $0.531250 per share on its 8.50% series C preferred stock, $0.546875 per share on its 8.75% series D preferred stock, and $0.554688 per share on its 8.875% series E preferred stock.

It should be noted that the dividend for the series B preferred stock, the series C preferred stock, the series D preferred stock and the series E preferred stock is for the period from April 15, 2024 to July 14, 2024.

The dividend will be paid on July 15 to all holders of record as of July 12 of series B,C,D, and E preferred stock.

The shipowner has also declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.115 per share for the quarter ended June 30.

The dividend for the common stock is payable on August 6 to holders of record of common stock as of July 19.

Costamare with 50 years of history in the shipping market has a fleet portfolio of 107 ships in total with a capacity of around 2,900,000-dwt, including one vessel that the company has agreed to sell, and two vessels has agreed to buy.

Furthermore, it has a dry bulk operating platform which charters in/out dry bulk vessels, enters into contracts of affreightment, forward freight agreements and may also utilize hedging solutions.
