FSL Trust Management Pte. Ltd., the trustee-manager of First Ship Lease Trust, a Singapore-based shipping business trust established in 2007, has announced that FSL-14, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Trust, has entered into a memorandum of agreement to sell the Mt Speciality to an unaffiliated third party who lodged a 10% deposit in escrow.
The vessel sold is a 4,426 DWT product tanker built at Qingshan in China in 2006 and has been employed under a bareboat charter which Shipping Telegraph reported about on January 5th, 2026.
