DryDel Shipping, led by Costas Delaportas, shared a photo in the social media of its newly delivered Namura ship MV Lolita.
The ceremony was graced by its president and chief of the company, Costas Delaportas, alongside esteemed members of the DryDel team.
Delivered from Namura Shipyard in Japan the ship is the last new building from the order of four vessels the company has welcomed into its fleet.
“Delivered from Namura Shipyard in Japan, MV Lolita, with a cargo capacity of 40,420 MTS, is the final newbuild from our order of four vessels. This marks the completion of a major project, further strengthening our fleet and reinforcing our dedication to excellence in maritime operations,” the shipowner said in a social media post.

The delivery of the fourth and final newbuilding vessel from Namura marks the completion of a significant chapter for DryDel.
“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved in bringing this project to life. To our crew, we wish safe seas and calm winds as they embark on this exciting new journey,” the company highlighted in a short statement.

Few weeks ago, the shipowner celebrated the naming of M/V Carpe Diem, which translates to “Seize the Day.”
Delivered from Namura Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in Imari, Japan, the ship is the third 40,000 dwt new building the company has welcomed into its fleet.
