Antwerp-based shipowner CMB.TECH has offloaded different vessels, generating a capital gain of $46.52m in total. 

CMB.TECH has sold the 2007-built suezmax Cap Lara in a deal that will generate a capital gain of $18.77m.

The 158,826-dwt suezmax vessel will be delivered to an undisclosed buyer in the first quarter of 2025.

The 2012-built VLCC Alsace, 299,999-dwt, has also successfully been delivered to its new owner. A capital gain of approximately $27.5m will be booked in the first quarter of 2025. 

Furthermore, the company’s marine brand Windcat, a provider of specialist crew transfer services to the offshore wind industry, has sold its vessel Windcat 6.

The Windcat 6 has been sold, after 18 years of service. The sale will generate a capital gain of $0.25m. The vessel will be delivered to its new owner at the end of January 2025.
