Navig8 has reached a deal with shipowner Leonhardt & Blumberg that will see it take on commercial management of the company’s six newbuild MR vessels.

The firm Navig8, an international shipping pool operator and commercial management company, reported the conclusion of a significant transaction with Leonhardt & Blumberg for six newbuild Marineline IMO2 MR vessels.

The vessels will be commercially managed by Navig8 under a combination of time-charter and pooling agreements and will trade within Navig8’s IMO2 MR pool, Gamma8.

With the delivery of these vessels, the Gamma8 fleet will expand to 25 vessels in 2026 and to 29 vessels in 2027.

While specific transaction details remain confidential, Navig8 confirms that the agreement has been successfully concluded.
