Finland-based Ro/Ro specialist Godby Shipping has fixed its Ro/Ro Midas on time charter to Danish DFDS.
The ship Midas is presently on charter to Swedish TransProCon until 31 December 2023 and upon redelivery from this employment the vessel will go on time charter to DFDS.
The shipowner revealed that Midas will be used in DFDS service with a combination of trailers, cars and project cargoes.
Godby Shipping said that “Our vessels Lysvik Seaways and Lysbris Seaways are already chartered to DFDS and we are pleased to increase our co-operation with DFDS.”
The shipowner Godby Shipping is a privately-owned and based in Mariehamn, Åland Islands, Finland, which offers sea transportation with 7 modern roro-vessels.
