The market was today in general a little slower in the entire drybulk market activity. The capes had slowing activity, the panamax had fine activity, and the supramax and handysize both had little slower activity.
The capesizes had little slower activity and therefore the result was with very minor falling rates in almost all areas and directions. For the panamax size the activity was again fine and the market reacted with minor increasing rates in almost all areas and directions.
For the supramax and handysize dry cargo tonnage the market had little slowing activity levels for both sizes. The supramax tonnage had marginal slower activity with very minor falling rates levels in most areas and directions. For the handysize vessels the market was again with unchanged activity, and resulted in near to stable rates in all areas and directions.
The European coaster market was today with improved activity level. In the Baltic Sea area or on the Continent the freight rates were with minor increasing rates. The freight rates in the Black Sea area were with further increasing rates and the Mediterranean had slight increasing rate levels today.
The tanker market was today with slowing level of activity. The crude oil tankers had again little slower activity resulting in minor falling rates in most areas and directions. The product tanker market was with unchanged activity and it resulted in stable rate levels from the various loading areas.
