The market was today again with a kind of negative tone in the drybulk market activity. The capes had again much slower activity, the panamax with slowing activity, the supramax with little better activity and finally the handysize with fully unchanged activity.

The capesizes had again slower activity and therefore the result was further real falling rates in almost all areas and directions. For the panamax size the activity was little slowing and the market reacted with minor falling rates in almost all areas and directions.

For the supramax and handysize dry cargo tonnage the market had a mix of activity levels. The supramax tonnage had improved activity with minor increasing rate levels in most areas and directions. For the handysize vessels the market was with unchanged activity, and resulted also in stable rates in all areas and directions.

The European coaster market was today with marginal improved activity level. In the Baltic Sea area or on the Continent the freight rates were with stable but low rates. The freight rates in the Black Sea area were with minor increasing rates and the Mediterranean had slight increasing rate levels today.

The tanker market was again today with the same mix level of activity. The crude oil tankers had unchanged activity resulting in stable rates in most areas and directions. The product tanker market was with further slowing activity and it resulted in very minor falling rate levels from the various loading areas.
