Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA (GEOS) reports that it has entered and extended contracts with “tier 1 international majors.”

The shipowner and operator of offshore service vessels has concluded a contract on the 2019-built multi-purpose support vessel (MPSV) Energy Duchess, with the fixture being firm until September 1, 2025, with a 1 x 6 months option.

The company has also concluded an extension on the 2016-built platform supply vessel (PSV) Energy Passion, with the fixture being firm until March 1, 2026, with a 1 x 12 months option.

Furthermore, GEOS reported that it concluded term on the 2015-built platform supply vessel (PSV) Energy Paradise /or Pace, with the fixture being firm until April 16, 2026, with a 1 x 12 months option.

As disclosed, the contracts have commenced. “GEOS per today backlog of approximately $27.0m firm and additional MUSD46.9m for the option period,” said the company on the Oslo stock exchange news website.

The gross contract value for the firm periods is MUSD21.0m with an additional MUSD27.7m for the option period.

“We are very pleased to secure these contracts provides a solid backlog for GEOS. The awarded contracts underscore the company’s strong standing as a supplier of quality tonnage to Tier 1 clients,” GEOS added in its statement.
