German based cruise line company AIDA Cruises stages the 835th PORT ANNIVERSARY OF HAMBURG with a breathtaking light show and performance by top act DJ Alle Farben in cooperation with the GLÜCKSGEFÜHLE Festival.
From 9th to 12th May 2024 Hamburg will celebrate the 835th HAMBURG PORT ANNIVERSARY. For the tenth time, AIDA Cruises is supporting the well-known event as a sponsor and is there with an extensive promotional area at the German Unity Square, located directly at the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, and an impressive light and music show.

Three cruise ships from AIDA Cruises will be visiting the port of Hamburg on the birthday weekend: AIDAperla (May 10th, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m./Cruise Center Steinwerder), AIDAprima (May 11th, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Cruise Center Steinwerder). ) and AIDAsol (May 12th, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m./Cruise Center Steinwerder), which make you want to travel.
The cruise ship AIDAprima returns to the port of Hamburg from the first FESTIVAL Cruise on 11th May 2024. This takes place in cooperation with the GLÜCKSGEFÜHLE Festival by football world champion Lukas Podolski and record organizer Markus Krampe and will bring what is probably the largest live music experience on the water. DJ Alle Farben will also be among the top acts on board. For him on Saturday it’s time to go from the festival ship straight to the festival stage – on a floating one on the Elbe! From 10.30 p.m. AIDAprima becomes the star and is impressively staged with a light show. The sound background for this special moment will be provided by DJ Alle Farben, who will play a set from the floating AIDA stage and provide musical accompaniment to the light production. With 12 billion streams, diamond, platinum and gold awards from Europe to Asia, various chart positions and number 1 hits, he is a superstar in house music.
At the same time, a drone show runs in the night sky, making the experience of light, colors and music perfect. The AIDA pontoon, on which DJ Alle Farben plays his set, is equipped with stage and lighting technology and will be clearly visible and heard from the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken, while the light show around AIDAprima forms the impressive backdrop. At around 10:50 p.m. AIDAprima will set course for the North Sea and set off on a 7-day journey along the Atlantic west coast from/to Hamburg.
