That same night, the Izmail port was attacked by drones, the ministry said, as well as a civilian ship under the flag of Panama. Several hits on port infrastructure were recorded.
“Despite the repeated attacks, the work of seaports remains stable. Emergency and restoration work is ongoing on the ground,” emphasized Oleksii Kuleba, deputy prime minister for restoration of Ukraine – minister for development of communities and territories of Ukraine.

As reported by the ministry, the Ukrainian maritime corridor continues to operate despite the constant attacks.
Since its launch in September 2023, it has transported more than 190 million tons of cargo, of which more than 110 million tons are grain, which is critical for global food security.
The Deputy Prime Minister said Ukraine continues to ensure the functioning of the maritime corridor, which is critically important for the export of Ukrainian products, in particular agricultural products, and supporting global food security.
