The Antwerp-headquartered CMB.TECH has revealed fixtures for three suezmax vessels as it awaits a big gain from selling two VLCCs and one suezmax.

The Saverys-led company, listed on Euronext Brussels and the NYSE and on Euronext Oslo Børs, said it expects to book a capital gain of approximately $98.2m in the second quarter of 2026, based on the net sales price and book values, from the disposal of two 2012-built, 314,000 dwt VLCCs Ilma and Ingrid.

CMB.TECH is also offloading the 2007-built, 150,205 dwt suezmax Sienna as part of a broader fleet renewal and portfolio reshaping strategy. The sale will generate a gain of $29.2m, the company said, adding that it is expected to be recognised upon delivery in the second quarter of 2026.

The three vessels will be delivered to their new owners in the second quarter of 2026.

The three disposals follow a series of vessel sales completed earlier this year. During the first quarter of 2026, the company delivered to new owners two capesize vessels and six VLCCs, generating a total capital gain of approximately $267.4m.

Alongside the vessel disposals, the company also announced new charter deals in the suezmax segment.

The 165,000 dwt, built in 2011, suezmax Cedar has secured a five-year time charter, whilst two 2026-built suezmaxes (156,000 dwt) have secured time charter extensions by one year to a 10-year time charter each: Cap Grace and Cap Joseph (with profit split).

CMB.TECH said its contract backlog increased by $109m to $3.26bn.
