Italy’s d’Amico International Shipping, a family business operator in the product tanker market, has revealed the conclusion of new time charter contracts. The deal was signed through its operating subsidiary d’Amico Tankers D.A.C. (Ireland) with the company not disclosing the names of the counterparties.

The company recently signed new time charter agreements for four of its handysize vessels and extended a time-charter contract on one of its MR vessels.

The shipowner said the agreements have been concluded with “reputable counterparties at highly profitable daily hire rates.”

d’Amico International Shipping S.A. also revealed its estimated contract coverage – after the conclusion of these time charter agreements.

As it is reported, 35% of the company’s available vessel days are fixed at a TCE rate of approximately US$24,914/day for the FY 2025. Furthermore, 18% of the company’s available vessel days are fixed at a TCE rate of approximately US$25,013/day for the FY 2026.
