Taiwan’s Wisdom Marine Group has confirmed the disposal of the 61,527-dwt bulker Amis Wisdom III on behalf of the subsidiary Paiwan Wisdom S.A.
The 2011-built Imabari ultramax vessel is being offloaded for a total amount around $17m to $17.5m.
The Taipei-based company has disclosed ARM Shipping or its nominee as the trading counterparty.
Wisdom Marine Group also revealed that the anticipated profit is around $4,369,729 to $4,864,729.
Wisdom Marine Group has confirmed the disposal of the 37,811-dwt bulker Bunun Hero on behalf of the subsidiary Bunun Hero S.A.
In accordance with a stock exchange filing the 2015-built Imabari handy vessel is being offloaded for a total amount around $18m to $18.5m.
Wisdom Marine Group also revealed that the anticipated profit is around $3,404,011 to $3,894,011.
The company is a large dry bulk shipowner in Taiwan by a number of vessels with a series of handy and panamax newbuilding projects lined up across various yards – Namura, Tsuneishi, Imabari, and Onomichi yards.
According to the company’s fleet data in its website, all 13 newbuilding orders have estimated delivery in 2025, 2026 and 2027.
